“We did a hike together with Andy and Lexi. And I did another one with Andy. That latter one was mossy and slippery, we fell a couple times but had fun scrambling. We did a lot together, including the hike, the cookout, and a worship jam session. Word and worship were good too. Grace and I also had a chance to connect with the camp host, which was really nice.” – Nathan V.

“On our Crestview Church yearly campout, we were all able to go to Long Scraggy Mountain Ranch. It was a fun and relaxing weekend where we came together as a church family. Although we had a lot of rain on Saturday, some groups still went hiking while others stayed behind to play games and hang out. That evening, several families helped prepare dinner, and we enjoyed some truly amazing meals! After dinner, we gathered for a worship service led by Alan, centered around the message: “Do not fear, for the Lord your God is with you.” Our crew was able to worship together and really focus on that powerful truth. It even started to drizzle that day, but it’s always about what you make of it. We’re already looking forward to next year’s camping trip being just as great! – Grace W.
