Director of Children’s Ministries: Sue Erickson
Sue Erickson serves as our Children’s Ministry Director and has had a passion for teaching since she began teaching Sunday School in ninth grade. She earned a degree in Psychology and a teaching certificate from CU Boulder and began her career as a middle and high school teacher. At Crestview, Sue has served in children’s ministry for more than 25 years. Her experience living in Nairobi, Kenya, deepened her passion for serving others and strengthened her commitment to serving individuals and communities with limited resources. She brings extensive experience in education, workforce development, and nonprofit leadership and particularly enjoys developing and delivering training, coaching individuals to identify their gifts and skills, and connecting them with opportunities. She loves creating environments where children and adults feel known, valued, and encouraged to grow.
