When reading Matthew 6:25-34, what does it mean to seek first the kingdom of God?
Are we looking for something tiny like a mustard seed, or are we looking for a precious pearl, or should we look for a wedding feast?
Jesus said the kingdom is like those things because it started small and grew large, it is precious, and it will be a celebration. But he also said that his kingdom is not of this world.
If it is not of this world, then what are we seeking? And, how do we seek something not of this world?
Does Scripture give hints? Yes, in some places. But, thanks be to God, Scripture tells us how and what to seek! Join us Sunday as we explore what Scripture reveals to us.
