Training and coaching job seekers to overcome barriers and secure a stable job
Thrive trains and coaches job seekers to overcome barriers and secure stable jobs on their path to self-sufficiency. The program focuses on helping individuals who face additional challenges in finding lasting employment, such as single parents, immigrants, and individuals transitioning from incarceration.
Upon completing training, participants receive free, expert-led coaching, with services like resume reviews, interview preparation, job search guidance, and more.
While faith-based, the program is open to everyone, regardless of spiritual beliefs, and all services are provided at no cost.
